Tasting Notes:
This is a unique chardonnay from Napa Valley. A true "non interventionist" wine. It has been fermented with wild natural yeast and aged in French Oak Puncheons for 18 month on it's fermentation lees. The body is seductive and rich revealing aromas of ripe lemons and quince with a very elegant finish. Hints of French vanilla and spices accompany the non malolactic finish.
